Natural Granite:
Known for it's natural beauty and durability, it's coloring and super-high heat rating make it an excellent choice for countertops and fireplaces. Most granite color require sealing each year to protect against stains and spills. The price for granite ranges from $65-$100+/SF.

Silestone:
Demand for this product has grown significantly each year. It is a 93% quartz surface and has become a popular alternative to granite countertops because of it's beauty, durability, heat and stain resistance and maintenance-free surface. Silestone now comes with Microban which inhibits the growth of common bacteria, yeasts, molds and fungi that cause stains, odors and product degradation. Providing continuous microbe protection, Silestone natural quartz countertops with Microban technology are easier to clean and stay cleaner between cleanings for the lifetime of the product. Silestone comes in a variety of beautiful colors and is recommended over solid surface plastic-type materials by several consumer magazines. Silestone ranges in price from $53-$90/SF installed depending on color choice and upgrades.
